The Church of Laodicea - The End Times Church.

Most Biblical Scholars equate the seven Churches, mentioned in Chapters two and three of the Book of Revelation, as the seven dispensations of the church age.

The following is a list of the Church dispensations with timelines:

Ephesus - AD 30-100.

Smyrna - AD 100 - 313.

Pergamus - AD 313 - 590.

Thyatira - AD 590 - 1517.

Sardis - AD 1517 - 1790.

Philadelphia - AD 1790 - 1900.

Laodicea - AD 1900 to present.

Today we are in the Laodicean Church Age,

which began in the year 1900, but has not ended as yet.

I believe we are living in the last days of the Church age.

Now let's read what John wrote in Revelation 3:14-22.

"The Lukewarm Church".

“And to the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write,

‘These things says the Amen, the Faithful and True Witness, the Beginning of the creation of God:

“I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot.

I could wish you were cold or hot.

So then, because you are lukewarm and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth.

Because you say, "I am rich, have become wealthy, and have need of nothing" and do not know that you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked.

I counsel you to buy from Me gold, refined in the fire, that you may be rich;

and white garments, that you may be clothed, that the shame of your nakedness may not be revealed;

and anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you may see.

As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten.

Therefore be zealous and repent.

Behold, I stand at the door and knock.

If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me.

To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.

“He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.”

I find it interesting that after Chapter 3 the word "Church" or "Churches" is not mentioned again until
Revelation Chapter 22, which is the last Chapter of the Book of Revelation.

This is why I believe that at the end of Chapter 3, the true Church of God has been caught up to meet Jesus in the clouds as the Bride of Christ and will be with Christ in the wedding ceremony for the next seven years.

The traditional Jewish Wedding Ceremony lasts for seven days, but the Bride of Christ will be in heaven with Christ during the seven years God is pouring out His wrath on the earth.

The seven years of God's wrath on the earth is also known in the Bible as the Tribulation.

It is as in the Days of Noah the righteous will be lifted high above God's judgment.

Jesus is coming back for His Church.

This event is known as the Blessed Hope, or the Rapture.

I pray that you too are looking forward to HIs coming and catching us up to meet Him in the air.

Our Heavenly Father does not want anyone to be judged and cast into the lake of fire to burn forever.

So what can you do to change your destiny from the eternal lake of fire to living eternally in heaven with our Heavenly Father and all His saints?

The Lord God gives us clues in His Word. Let's read just a few.

Luke 21:36,

Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man.

God's Salvation Scriptures:

Romans 10:9.

... if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.

Acts 16:31.

"Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.”

Ephesians 2:8-10.

"For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them."

Titus 2:12.

"teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age,"

Titus 2:13.

looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ,

Titus 2:14.

who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself His own special people, zealous for good works.

I pray that this presentation has been a blessing to you and that you will share it with your family and friends. Remember our Heavenly Father does not desire that any of His children spend eternity in the lake of fire that was designed for Lucifer and his fallen angels.
