Still coping for a cheap 5070 Ti or a fairly priced 5090. In the end, I will probably stick with my 3070, even though I could easily afford a 2k GPU - but wont. It is simply not worth it.

I was going to buy a 5090 to replace my 4090 but I think the smarter thing to do is to wait till they release the 6080 or 7080.

As for FSR4 ... let's not forget they said about Ryzen 5000 Series that they will work only with B550/X570 Mobos at launch, than backpedaled
They said AFMF will work only on 7000Series, than backpedaled
Wouldn't surprise me if they backpedal on FSR4 too

You can argue that the wording means you get fsr4 as a feature upgrade on 9070s immediately and getting fsr4 on 7k series later, or it's just tech for literally two gpus. Also AI this, AI that, where's the gpus?

Sitting pretty with a 7900xt and 7800x3d build I upgraded to in August of last year from a PS5. I honestly don't care if FSR4 isn't ported to RDNA3 as I hate framegen. I really hope AMD's next gen gpu's are better. I was thinking of going Nvidia anyway the next time I upgrade, just to try it out. But with how things are looking, it may be a necessity. I also wouldn't be opposed to going Intel if their next next gen gpus are competively priced and offer good 1440p (or perhaps even 4k by that point) performance.

I bought my ryzen 7 9800x3d a month ago, and I dont think I have to worry about losing to the new CPU's performance that much. But AMD not challenging Nvidia for high tier GPU's really gave me cramps. I wanted to buy a new AMD GPU after the reveal, but it's going to suck vs the new Nvidia cards..
