Hi Mike, great video. I love a lot case studies. I dont what is you typical audience if come desktop ou mobile, but if the majority are coming from desktops, then i suggest to change the image size, try 16:9 that will fill the entire screen. It gives a better user experience.

Thank you for an informative video as always. I have a question about your posts, if it's possible can you tell which tools content is ranking higher. Thanks.

I have two 2 months-old of AI sites. In the first month, the total impressions for both sites rapidly increased. But in the middle of the 2nd month, both sites experienced a decline in impressions despite publishing many new articles. One of the sites has a total impressions of>60k in the first month. Why is that happening?

i love this video series as i am interested in this topic too.
im not an seo expert, i just started learning seo and have also been testing with titles / slugs, etc (netlify has page optimization to be able to remove the .html extension from the url, dunno if google cares tho for serp, but it does reduce the url length. not sure if publii has anything for that to account for it for internal linking tho.) regarding the "Expensive vs Inexpensive Fly Rods" keyword. i checked that keyword in the free ahrefs keyword tool, the hoth keyword tool, and the low fruits tool. it didn't show in any of those. i wonder if search volume, search intent for a keyword matter for which keywords google shows.

on the page itself on your site, i noticed there are two h1 tags. i believe ideally there should be just one h1 tag per page for best seo practices. i wonder if google penalizes pages for having multiple h1 tags or markup that doesn't conform to certain requirements to show up in the results page?

also i noticed for the content itself, on the page, there is a lot of content about different things and how it may influence price, but it appears the content almost focuses more on those specific things more than it does on how those things influence price for example sections on: The Basics of Fly Rods, Types of Fly Rods, Fly Rod Lengths and Weights, Casting Skill and Style, Materials and Design, Factors to Consider When Choosing a Fly Rod. if those sections could be focused more on how they influence price rather than the specific topics themselves, i think that could also help in the serps for user intent, perhaps.

for the ctr, other than being on page 1, on the serp if the result has a favicon instead of the default globe icon, site name instead of the homepage url, and an image on the serp iteself, i think also could boost ctr? i am not sure what is needed to make the site name show up instead of the homepage url on the serp or to have an image show up on the serp than just the text from the meta description, but i think those things might be enticing to end user to increase the chances of them clicking.
