Puget Sound Islands

☞ 👀 We had an amazing opportunity to visit the #pugetsound islands and see something special. It was so pretty. If you have the time you could always rent a boat and discover some of the smaller islands and camp on them. A number of the islands are State Parks and have bathrooms.

The summers in the PNW are majestic. Glaciers on the mountains, crabbing, fishing, hiking, etc. Washington State is a HUGE park. From the mountains to the ocean. Don't forget Eastern Washington too. The Columbian River has a lot to offer as well. Glad you had a great day on the water. We should do annual meet and greets with a Crab Fest :)

You can find the Madrona trees in southern OR and Northern CA. They shed their bark but not the leaves.

I visited the San Juan Islands and to be honest it was one of the most stunning experiences ever! I truly enjoyed the video that you created and shared with us, inspiring, nostalgic, and moving. Love the San Juan Islands, so much to see. We purchased our 1950 GMC truck from Anacortes, named her Annie after the lady whose name is Annie who founded Anacortes. Beautiful area, we always love visiting.
