Each Internal Floating Roof is custom made designed as per customer specification. Storagetech™ Pontoon type internal floating roof consists of cylinder shape floats which are engineered to float even under extreme conditions, such as earthquakes or high product flow.
Pontoon Type IFR is composed of structures, floats, metal sheets, and seals. We use inhouse software to design IFR, choose the quantity and location of the floats. Customers can easyl install our floating roofs even without our supervision. Storagetech full contact internal floating roof panels are made of form aluminum of stainless steel metal housing that is filled with rigid polyurethane foam. Storagetech™ Megafloat full contact floating roofs consists of aluminum of stainless steel metal blocks and designed for highly corrosive and volatile products. Full contact Type IFR is composed of sandwich panel sor blocks along with structures ans seals. They are easy to carry, assemle and disassemle for relocation. Both full contact IFR are easy to install just like puzzle with no gap; eliminates vapor space below floating roof, maintenance free, easy to install, durable and maximize structural strength, provides compatibility with shoe seals decrease vapor loss even further bu using tigher, stronger sealing and longer product lifespan and more.
