This stuff is barley above sea level, won't it all be flooded in 25 years?

Malaysian government are pragmatic. They constantly looking for money making opportunity when new government comes in. Change of policy is costly to investors but who care.

Sven, can you make a video on the practical side of buying 1 Asian stock ?
Like which broker to use. Maybe put 100 euro on that account and show us how you buy the Asian stock (the smart/cheap way).

China's real estate scene is iffy to me now, if you look at all the documentaries about the ghost buildings and towns you would know what I mean.

This is one of your simpler videos, but could be one of the most beneficial for your viewers. The 20th Century was the millennia for the U.S. and the rest of the Western World and I believe the 21st will be Asia's Century. Getting a visual first hand is amazing. I've been fortunate to visit different parts of China, including Hong Kong, as well as Taiwan, Singapore (and Japan although developed) over the past few years and you cannot help but see the potential everywhere. Your video allowed a glimpse in to that world, which is wonderful. You also made a great point that you don't need to invest in Asian equities to get exposure to that region. You just need to invest in companies that have exposure. Thanks as always Sven! Great stuff!!

To be fair Singapore is an Asian and world unicorn, it's not a fair representation is it? It's a great country in many ways more western than Asian and i would have thought investing in real estate there is a sure bet as there's such little land. Would be good to hear your views on land availability and house prices etc :)

HI Sven! Great Idea to visit Malaysia and see this part of Asia. I was just there last month. There is an interesting real estate project called Forest City in Johr Bahru in Malaysia. It is very nearby Singapore. As you know the real estate prices in Singapore is quite high. Would be interesting to know your take on real estate on these regions of Asia.

The next video is about the Malaysian health care system, due to Sven getting hit by a truck whilst filming.
It’s interesting to read the comments about investing in Asia, talk of ghost cities etc etc. People seem to forget that Asia is dozens of countries, millions of square miles, billions of people. Yes there are risks, but also opportunities. The Asians I have met have all been polite, kind and friendly, in fact no different from almost anyone else. As their economies develop, spending power increases. Anyone who has been dragged handbag shopping in London will have witnessed the feeding frenzy that is the Asian tourist desire for western luxury goods. Yes be careful but also optimistic.

Very nice to see all this first the dodgy camerawork :) Previously you have stated that Alibaba is a "fraud" stock as the ownership is through some tax haven intermediary. I assume this applies for many companies in China and other Asian countries? Can you please make a video clarifying all this. Cheers.
