How exactly do you make yourself feel safety? This is my biggest confusion with mind-body healing? What do I tell myself? Do I say “ my pain is ok? Do I try and ignore it? All I hear is safety safety safety and I just don’t get it. Thank you

Una buena manera de quitarte la presión por el síntoma, podría ser ponerte como objetivo intentar conseguir sentirte cómodo teniendo dolor en lugar de no tener dolor por ejemplo???

Hi Tanner. Thanks for your content! I'm hearing TMS advice saying it's important to do exercise as avoidance can lead to more fear-pain. Therefore I feel pressure to do so. But the discomfort from pain is mentally challenging. Do you have any advice?
