Some advice I'd give to young up& coming stick welders. Don't hold the electrode holder too tight. Practice as much as you can with your weaker hand. Don't always practice on the bench. Practice in awkward positions. Get into the habit of ALWAYS saying "eyes) every time you strike a arc (fellow welders/fabricators/platers ect don't like being "flashed) 🌚👍
