I enjoyed this video because you provided a perspective I hadn't considered (the use of an electric bike). It seems you have easy access to 'south of 5th' from the mid beach area, which I find very beneficial. I'm doing my research about the Miami Beach condo market and I find your channel very helpful. I liked the video a lot. Miami Beach is obviously perfect for bike riding and this helps to make Mid-Beach a great and central location. I found it strange though that you mostly talked about electric bikes, yet you rode a CitiBike and never mentioned CitiBike. Seems like you should have highlighted this and maybe even shown a CitiBike station map.
In NYC, CitiBike has electric and 'regular' bikes. Maybe Miami CitiBikes will add electric bikes to its fleet.
