eCopy Sharescan Scanning to Xerox Docushare

This Video demonstrates the use of eCopy Sharescan with the Docushare connector to scan into Docushare.

I have demonstrated 3 diffrent profiles in this video,

Profile 1) Browse all of Docushare and choose the destination, choose the Document Type and provide all Indexing. 

Profile 2) Demonstrates how we can setup the connector where the destination and the document type is pre-slected and the user have to just provide the indexing information.

Profile3) Demonstrates more Automation, the Destination and Index information are extracted from the scan images using the Smart Forms extender and populated into Docushare using the connectors Data Publishing tool.
