@videotutorialsupport6473  I have a Silonn in self-cleaning mode. The large and small light is blinking, no ice making yet. For 21 minutes? Do I need to unplug? I'm a little nervous - it's my first time. Not sure if ice is supposed to be created while in self-cleaning mode.

I put vinegar and water mix but when I enter self clean function nothing happens.. it doesn't stsrt cleaning or anything. not even a sound.

How do you clean the moving pets in the top back of the machine under the top? Is there a way to get to that to scrub it?

I'm confused. This looks like same one I have but it says to use baking soda with water to clean. But it doesn't say how much so was searching for this but they didn't use any in video. I can't find answer so far. I mean water is better than nothing but the baking soda is the abrasive to make sure mildew and such doesn't start to build up

How does it manage to clean the water mineral residue if you only use water to clean with? Or is the idea that you do self cleaning often enough that it won’t have build-up? In that case, how often should I run cleaning mode? Thanks so much

The machine is great> Just the control board on it sucks > I tried for 2 weeks just like the instructions said. to get it to make ice. Then after i told them it was junk. And got my money back, It started working 🙄🙄 But i want go into cleaning mode
