I did these steps and all I got was
'cleanmgr.exe' is not recognised as an internal or external command
Operable program or batch file.

How can i delete som files from desktop using comand propt. My wiindiws does not load due to low memory.

laptop is stuck in an automatic repair loop. the disk is full and incapable of copying a backup. therefore i'm outside of windows using the command prompt trying "cleanmgr.exe" but it is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. i seemingly can't run the cmd prompt as an admin and incapable of getting backing into my laptop.
