I don't want, I NEED a Podcast with this guy's voice, it doesn't matter if you talk about scary bugs, how far you want to live from Australia, anecdotes from when you worked at Chipotle, It doesn't matter, I just want to listen to that podcast 🗿

I will never get over Jordan tossing something out of frame when he's not liking what's going on, the little, "Alright, okay, alright listen-" and I feel it in my soul.

6:54 the reason why Coyote Peterson is holding the toe biter willingly like that is because he's legitimately insane, he has a series of videos of him willingly getting stung by every insect on the Schmidt pain scale and showing his reactions... Also he's not Australian, I'm pretty sure he lives in Utah, so he's the closest you can get to Australian without actually living in Australia. All in all, I love Coyote and his videos are awesome.

This video is basically Jordan doing his
✨i’m uncomfortable✨ dance for 19 mins straight, it’s perfection.

We need to keep this guy from the entire concept of deep sea gigantism.

That is a huntsman spider at the end. Harmless, curious, and they absolutely love trolling Australians by popping up right in their face while they're driving.

Consuming nightmare fuel for content for us, a true king, may you be freed from all bugs in the future

i love how throwing random objects seems to be your comfort gesture of sorts, like it seems to at least partially reduce your level of distress towards the little crawlies XD

As for Jerry, he’s commonly known as the Rhinoceroses beetle and these guys are also harmless as well. I am certain rhinoceroses beetles eat fruit and 10000% love tree sap as their diet. What’s cool about these guys are that they are like sumo wrestlers who fight only each other to compete for food and for ladies.

I love how Jordan just always has several objects on hand to toss off screen when he's uncomfortable

Fun fact: That first bug is a whip scorpion and is actually 100% harmless. People actually keep them as pets.

The white flannel moth is adorable, but is extremely venomous in the caterpillar stage! And of course those wasps were aggressive; he just shucked their nest off! He can never open that window again 😂

Man needs more nature documentaries.

Edit: You think he can get a RAID sponsorship? No, no, not that one. The bugspray.

I also have a slight bug phobia, so watching this was also difficult for me. You are not alone, Jordan.

Dear Jordan,

I woke up from a nightmare at 2am and almost immediately went to this video so that I could sublimate my own fears in someone else’s wholesome and entirely justified terror. Because shared misery.

Thank you for your service I can now fall back asleep. And I love you too.

I was terribly arachnophobic. My wife grew attached to a jumping spider that had been hunting in our kitchen window everyday. It became our pet. Over a time I got used to the little booger. I even cried when she passed. I loved that little thing. Can’t seem to be afraid of spiders anymore. Now I’m fascinated.

A friend of mine literally totaled her car because she was driving and saw the spider in her car.
Legit wrapped it around a tree.
Got carted away in the ambulance and before they took her she asked them if it was dead.
100% true story…

Hello from down under😄..
The spider in the car is one of our Australian tarantulas. I lived in Yallingup and left my car door open one night. The house next door had been in the middle of renovations so a displaced tarantula moved into my car. A few days later I noticed the whole interior roof from the front to the back had been woven into a huge web. Moments prior to this revelation I was sitting in the driver's seat at 11pm talking to my partner in Perth as She( the tarantula) quietly dropped down next to my face and put her feet on my cheek.. I screamed so loudly as I kicked open the car door and threw my phone on the ground which ended the call, my partner thought I had been killed😂😂.
Once I calmed down I realised the massive web was there. This is in country and I had no choice but to drive the car home and the tarantula was in residence for some time.. she became the car mascot and often freaked me out until one day she was gone..

OMG, the spider in the car was the end of me. I legit had to cover my eyes because it was so scary. You are def not alone on this one, Jordan. Mad props for making it through.

I grew up on a Mango farm in Australia, the insect and arachnid things I have seen.

A Trap door spider capturing a snake
A Huntsman as big as a dinner plate
A centipede crawl out of a dead Cane Toad
The side of the house covered in ticks
Locust plague
A Magpie killed by wasps
A dead bird in a spider's Web
A kilogram of maggots
A dead cow totally covered In ants, you could not see the cow, only smell it.
A snake dying from the amount of ticks upon it
Mice and rats in spider webs
A wasp struggling to move a trap door spider
6 centipedes eating a rabbit.

That's just the insect and arachnid stories
