Justin! Just wanted to thank you so much for your channel, my husband and I finished our first sprint on Sunday and it was largely in part. Thanks to many of your tips, including things not to do, goggles to use, how to lay out your transition towel, what bike to use, etc. now I feel even more motivated to start working on improving my times for another one next year! Thanks again. Your channel rocks.

Nice video and advise. Like the shirt and have the same one. First Olympic this weekend in Jamestown. Looking forward to the run with the other 2 events

In 3 weeks actually I will have my 1st one start :) on one side I cannot wait it, but on the other side - I'm worry whether I'm prepared well or not. And last but no least, these transition tips are starting to overwhelm me :o
