FLC wants to get tech out of labs and into the marketplace

A nationwide network of more than 300 federal labs has one goal in mind. It's called technology transfer, or T2 for short.

T2 starts with taxpayer-funded research and development, and results in scientific breakthroughs. The transfer is complete when those breakthroughs pay dividends to the U.S. economy.
