This is the first video that I've ever seen of you guys. To me this is as much of a cool lecture as it is a devlog because it gave me a really nice way of thinking to implement parallax effect into my game. Thank you! Subbed!

Madre santi, looking good. Also 10/10 for the camera modes explanation, loved the bouncing placeholder with all my might.

This devlogs is one of my favorite series in a while Great work, a few suggestions if I may tho. You may want to decrease the saturation of the further back background elements or have some sort of fog effect because the new beautiful backgrounds made keeping track of what was going on much harder. Also some of the current unit animations while cool lack anticipation and follow through, with some squash and stretching I can see them becoming much more visually stunning. Great Work, and take what I say with a grain of salt, I'm just a youtube comment

I would maybe add blur to the sprites in the distance or make the colors a bit more washed out/bluish. Atm it is hard to differentiate close and far away objects when stationary.

It's looking great with the parallax effect implemented! What will you do about the character art? His moves give me the vibes of a martial artist maybe? NINJAS!? ahahaha

Do You know what kind of background is used in Twilight Monk Game making by Trent Kaniuga? Its not infinite scrolling but i cant find a solution for that:( there are some prototype footage in YT.

My doubt is: when we have an infinite/repetitive background, ok to use this method... but in a game where we have a large level with mutiple enviroments... is this worth it? I mean... in a multiple enviroment level, should I choose the 3 cameras method? I'm wondering how to implement parallax in a level with multiple enviroments...
