Horrible, horrible, horrible. Can't install on PC (no ethernet port), cant' install on phone (app doesn't work on modern Android, see other comments). I want my money back, and hours of my time. Garbage

The cameras deserve a better application!
The interface looks VERY old, cmom devs, let's go and see what dropcam or withings apps offers to his consumers!
Tha translations are approximatives...
You can't activate notifications for all cams easily, each time you leave home you have to open the app, go to the settings of the cam, and activate notifications, and this, for each cam you have... When you come back home, same things to desactivate notifications...Really not convenient, impossible to do this each time you leave or come back to your home...
What about a widget to simplify things?

Plugin refuses to load. Each time I hit 'Starting Smartcam' I get the prompt to download the plugin. When plugin installs, browser windows close improperly (crash) and do not automatically reopen. Reopening browser requires restoring previous session and brings me back to loading the plugin.

I'm a big Samsung fan, however, I can not get this cam to work with iSpy open source IP software. Seems as if they force you to use their website to operate. Will probably take back as result.

Camera works on samsung note 4 but not on pc with windows 10.

Does not work on Windows 10. Generates an error instead. Junk.
Same with OS X El Capitan.
This gives us plenty of reason to return the cameras to the local retailer.
Even for the Android mobile app, the connection seems to drop several times every hour. There is no automatic re-connect, so it's useless for continuous monitoring.

It appears I am late to the game!! I originally purchased this Camera about 5 or 6 years ago using it with AT&T Digial Life. AT& is no longer offering this service. I opted to go with Ring. I want to use my camera, I paid $199 for it and it works good. My issue I am having is with the Registration or I guess the Set-up. First, the led never turns Green. I am connected via ethernet to my Wireless Router. 2nd, the software searches and finds my Camera and has the S/N...perfect right...wrong!! When I click on the field that shows my S/N. I get a pop up that says, "The serial number is incorrect or the camera is not connected to the network." Well, how can I connect to the network if I can not advance in the software? I am stuck on add camera. I have manually typed it in several times to no avail. Why is this happening? How can I move forward step 3, SET UP THE NETWORK!!! ARRRGH!!! I tried using my Cell Phone "ANDRIOD" and I ger (IT DOES FIND MY CAMERA AND MY s/n) - SERIAL NUMBER COULD NOT BE VERIFIED, PLEASE CHECK THE NUMBER ON THE BACK OF THE CAMERA AND THE STATUS OF THE CAMERA CONNECTION. My Camera is in great condition. It has been on the wall for over four years, no one has touched it. The back of the camera is very legible and clean. Can some one help Please!!!

The piece of crap SNH-P6410BN I bought in late 2014 finally crapped out recently during the latest power outage. camera just has red led staying lit and can't connect to WiFi and reset button doesn't do anything.

I work in an IT related field and I find this product impossible to setup. So many accounts, limited browser compatibility and so many passwords. It belongs in the bin.

I have followed the setup procedures and I never can get a connection to my wifi. I go to tools connect the camera, then go to smartcam app and select my cam and select next, I, then select my wifi & select connect. I enter my password and never get a light on the camera. I have tried several times with no success

I'm trying to setup my samsung camera but the IE, after the installation of plugin, still ask me to install. Seem that i can't use the camera today. Also the app for smartphone don't work... and there is no way to register the camera in other way.

when access from browser IE, WHY audio not work? ( audio not hear ) and speaker button disabled cannot click.

COOL! Notice however, the lack of cords. These cameras require corded power supplies and do not run off of batteries.

How is it wireless if it needs to stay plugged into a power source? It should have batteries it can run off of too for a short period of I mean IF it was wireless.
