What model garage door is this..Janus? It appears some don't have a very long driveshaft/axle whereas yours does. Also, the brackets change a lot between models. I'm going to look at mine today. Thx for the vid!

Hi everyone I need some help. I just finished installing my opener like this one and having trouble setting it up. When I go through the setup I set the down where I want it to stop then push set. I then put it up to where I want it to stop and push set. But then when I push the button for it to go down it only goes like an inch and then stops. If I disengage the clutch and lower the door then re engage the clutch and push open button it goes up nice. Driving me nuts. Any ideas.
