Ikaros are traditional shamanic songs that are performed during Ayahuasca ceremonies. With the help of ikaros the shaman manages the ceremony, communicating with the spirits, and carefully guides the participants along the path set by Ayahuasca.
Different ikaros serve different purposes: some of them help to expel negative energies, purify the physical body, purify the spiritual body and heal, while others protect you during the ceremony and help the soul find its way back to the body and reality.
