Oh Hollywood if you're going to make a video game movie please get the terminology right, it feels like they watched fortnight and went "okay so skins are the different customisation options" because guy wouldn't be a skin, it would be apparel and customised character

And no hacking your avatar to look like an NPC would not mess with missions or the game as the coding is tied with the NPC scripts

And if guy did wander off the game is doing a poor job of resetting him, as it would fo ce him to be there and there could have been some funny moments with that idea that he breaks the game after trying to do something else for so long it just gives up and allows him to do what he does
