Why is this relatable.. I’m the therapist fat funny friend so ig I’m not allowed to feel insecure and when I do and actually open up to my friends they just ignore that subject, but they vent to me all the time. At school I do the stomach vacuum thing to make it appear that I have a smaller waist and flat stomach, I’ve also done it so much that I’ve learnt to breathe through that, also learnt how to do the stomach vacuum thing without making my chest become big, or my lungs become big. It’s sad but it’s like the stomach vacuum thing has became apart of me.
