Hi, Please include in the video, to only delete the corresponding office version, for eg office ver 12 for 2007 etc to be deleted while deleting Office Key in the registry. One may have tried to install older version of office along with the present available version. If one delete not knowing the office version, then there is no choice of reinstalling of the office at all particularly in the pre installed office packages.
He may have version 15 and 16, and not 12, and by deleting the office key, he looses total office installation.
Because office registry key in hklm list all version of office you have .
