My second year with Delphi. I have to write a program that uses a while loop to determine if a password is valid, the password must consist of 10 characters and include at least 3 of the 4 special characters (#, %, @, ?), I'm fine with the password length it's the scanning for the special characters that I struggle with. I've gotten to the point where the program can detect one of the special characters but not 3 of them, could you possibly make a video regarding this?

Can anyone tell me how I can give an image a value. Like for example giving image1 a value of 30 and image2 a value of 15. I currently have a project where I need to develop a game based around cards. Any help would be appreciated.
