what would be a good general film speed to use, lets say for movement in picture? thank you

I've never considered using the 'sharpen' for screen on export, and how it differs from using a specific sharpen pixel width (e.g. 70 at 0.5 px) in lightroom. I should try it and look at the difference, but I wonder why it helps?
