I’m actually surprised that with the good weather and the soft par 4s and 5s that Tattar didn’t get to -20 over 3 rounds. It turns out that out of character Triple Bogey she got was the difference maker. Shout out to Hailey for clutching up.

Congrats all competitors you girls are amazing! My daughter got to meet Hailey King at the Las Vegas challenge and she gave her a mini with her stamp on it. She was so excited to see Hailey win. Thanks for inspiring the next generation.

Wow, what a finish. Double H is so due but props to Hailey for a clean back nine and strong finish when it really mattered. Props also to Ella for a great run. It apoeared that her putting was not quite as strong in round three as it was in the first two rounds. You are also very due for a big time win. Kirsten looked human in the second round but kept it interesting from the chase card. Thanks Madison and Macy and to the camera and to the folks doing the fine job editing this wonderful content and thats all of the many volunteers who worked countless hours behind the scenes making this event happen. When a flat, moderate-speed putt hits the chains dead center and gets coughed straight back out, it’s not the player’s fault for lacking touch. When it happens twice in a round (& a third time in two if we look back to Gossage at PDXO), then we have to question the basket.  
DGPT needs to realize that they’re keeping the best players from winning and insist on quality baskets that do their job, sponsorships be damned.

I realize there’s nothing you can do about a spit out but that was two strokes. That made all the difference in the world because Holyn would’ve outright won. Hate to see someone lose because of something out of their control.

Oh man, I’m on board. Ya gotta fix these baskets, there is no excuse. Aaron Gossage called it in the Jomez practice round, the problem is known, and it’s cost another player a win. No baskets is perfect, we all know there will always be spit outs to a certain extent, but that first one was 100% the bolt issue, and honestly if I was a player I would be walking up to every basket before each putt to fix the outer circle chains position relative to that bolt. It’s truly unacceptable. Congrats to the winner, but damn man that will be a hard one to swallow.

Holyn and Ella have become two of my favorites in the FPO field. Both of them are going to win one soon. Good to see Hailey back in the winners circle. So mamy good FPO players now makes it exciting to watch.
