How to Cook Lucky Fruit 'Buddha's Hand Citrus'

Happy new year!;)

have you ever seen this fruit?
i made marmalade with this fruit "Buddha's Hand Citrus".it's called "Bushukan" in Japanese,and also bushukan is known as a lucky fruit.
it's so weird,isn't it? but marmalade of Bushukan is so yummy!

ingredients
Busuhkan(Buddha's Hand Citrus)
sugar(a half of boiled bushukan)
lemon juice

Finally. Someone who has the ability to turn that nonsense into something good. That's talent. I mostly know of those who buy expensive fruit because it looks weird, get shocked by the higher price, and yet do nothing with it other than keep it as a decoration.
