Eating Bull Testicles - Battered and Fried

While our policy is to never leave food on our plates, we were caught off guard at the National Museum in Prague. We were not quite clear on the Czech description of the plate we ordered. I guess we still have some learning to do. But honestly, who puts bull testicles on the menu these days?
