Look buddy, 86% debt is the total debt of India that includes bot PRIVATE and PUBLIC "debt". The Govt debt from abroad is a measly 27-29%, out of which 90% r long term borrowing with modest interest rates . India's MACRO economics is the most stable in both developed and EM countries . Our debt both private and public debt is mostly LONG TERM debt . So I don't know where u r getting these data.

The debt to gdp in 2007 it was 72% and decreased to 69% in 2014.

Where you get 30% ..Indian are paying 40% direct tax. And then pay gst across various product and service
