My 21 yr. old son saw you at Guitar Center in Scottsdale about three years ago. Not being shy, he went up and talked to you. And, you talked back! He asked you about writing Rocky Mountain Way and you gave him some insight on it. Three weeks later we saw you in Nashville and a few months after that we saw you in Vegas at the epic Hotel California concert! My son has a story he will be telling the rest of his life. Thanks for that!

Just saw Joe and the rest of the band in Austin last night. Joe had the line of the night: “it was more fun being 20 in the 70s than 70 in the 20s.” What a performance!

Don Felder casually bullshitting with Joe Walsh while playing one of the most iconic guitar solos of all time just made my day.

The real story is that Felder created the most memorable guitar intro to the most memorable song on their most memorable Henly and Fry trreated him like nothing more than a session musician.
Walsh is incredibly talented and has earned his accolades, but " Hotel California " will always be Felders greatest contribution to classic rock history.

Joe's goofy smile and expressions during the solo always crack me up. A great song, right up there with Stairway to Heaven.

That double guitar solo was destined to put a whole new twist on the rock guitar ecosystem. But the curious thing is that to this day it has never been topped. One of those truly unique and magical moments in the history of Music.

I have always thought that Joe Walsh was an amazing creative artist, and a hell of a guitarist, never realized how well spoken he was until watching this. Thank you

I’ve listened to the Eagles just about my whole life and Joe explains the meaning behind hotel California better than any other member. Nice Joe, you Rule!

The Eagles were the primary backdrop music for my wife and my's early courtship. 30 years later their music still takes us back to the early stages of a romance that will last forever....

Hotel California is to this day the song | call the best produced song ever. Layers upon layers of musical perfection. I'm not even a big Eagles fan, I do respect them but I'm not a groupie. But Hotel California just sounds out of this world.

Respect to everyone who took part in putting this masterpiece together. Will listen to it over and over, forever.

Joe and Don together is just a beautiful thing. They are 2 completely different approaches to the guitar orbiting each other perfectly 🔥👌

Got on an elevator In Vegas and Joe was on it. Nobody knew it was him except me and he knew I knew who he was. I was shaking from excitement with the biggest smile on my face. Nobody was looking at the big rock star, they were looking at me loosing my mind and trying to keep it together.
He just stood there all cool and got off the elevator like a regular dude.
As soon as the doors closed
I screamed " OH MY FUCKING GOD THAT WAS JOE FUCKING WALSH"
Nobody understood what just happened to them. Amazing.
Everyone e just wanted to get as far away from me as possible because I was losing my mind. It took every bit of self control I had not to say anything to him, but he knew I knew and he just stared at me, like
"Be cool dude, don't lose yer shit in an elevator" closest to a rock GOD I have ever been to.
Same freaking elevator in Vegas.
