Today’s practice does move, but it will start with a lesson on surrender. Surrender as a pathway toward home. I invite you to use what we practiced in day 17, linking the breath with the movement, and incorporate that into today’s flow. Remember to take a breath of gratitude.
This is valuable time you are giving yourself. It’s a gift. You better believe it.

Believe me when I say make it your own. Believe in your own intuition.

Embrace the slower-paced action to find that inner intrinsic work that is most valuable and necessary for when you are thrown off balance.

Work from the inside out based on sensation. This is about working with your body. Not on it.

What would it feel like to wake up each day and have a practice where you believed in yourself?

"Never let anyone rush you." Such important advice. As I got older, I found myself rushing into poses in class at a pace my body didn't want. That's the beauty of a home practice and Adriene.

Just after this energizing practise I realised that Adriene's channel is the one where I stick with the longest. I used to do cardio, dance, etc but I couldn't make more than a week or two but with Adriene is different, I appreciate your honesty which you put into the videos. Thank you for that.

I had a tough time with this practice today. Could’nt find my breath it seems. But kept trying and made it to the final ‘Namaste’. Proud of myself and everyone here. Thanks for this awesome journey! From one yogi to all the other yogi’s. ❤️

Today I woke up almost dreading getting on the mat. It’s Sunday. I’ve done 17 days in a row I can skip today. I try to go back to sleep. My mind wouldn’t let me. So I got on the mat and I’m so glad I did. Just like every other day. My conditioning is telling me to stop doing this. It’s “hard” it’s “early” you deserve a day off. But this is good for me so despite what my conditioned brain tells me. I’m going to stick with it. I hope you all have stellar days ✌🏼👽

my mantra for today was “i am not afraid to fall”. my boyfriend of two years broke up with me a few days ago and i’ve really been struggling. but i know now that it’s ok to fall, physically and mentally and that for every bad day there lies a better one in the future

Yesterday evening I realised that the pain in the Achilles’ tendon I have had for the past few months wasn’t there any longer. All of the downward doggies must have something to do with it. Thank you Adriene for your kind guidance through this experience.

I have endometriosis, so some days of the month can be a bit of a struggle. Today is one of those days. In the past I've usually just not done yoga on particularly painful and lethargic days, but I decided to try this one out today anyway. I love that Adriene always reminds us to listen to our bodies, and to take 'softer' options if we feel that's what we need. I think I really realised how important and kind that is today (a lot of child's poses for me). It's weird, but despite all the difficult symptoms these times of the month bring, they do actually make me slow down and listen a lot more. It's kind of a gift (though a somewhat barbed one XD). Anyway, much love to everyone! Enjoy today <3

Thank you yoga with Adriene for providing an opportunity and a place to start each day with a practice that allows me to feel good about who i am. To believe that i am a good person. I am a 46 yr old woman who has struggled with self love my whole life. I am happy to say that today, with help from therapist, this daily 5am practice has shown me what it feels like to love myself. I haven’t missed a day since march 8th, 2024. I challenge anyone out there to not give up and keep showing up daily and i promise if you are patient u too will feel this amazing connection. For me, first with YWA, then with myself. Im still a little wobbly but i was able to balance for a few seconds of glory on my left foot.😊❤

I absolutely love these faster-paced practises. They fly by but I never want them to end. Anyone else struggle with keeping thins in parallel during some of these balances? Ex-Dancer here and it feels so alien to me to not turn out! Loving the journey! See you all tomorrow <3

I really believed in myself today. I trusted in my body and lifted each of my legs when you guided us to. I forgot that today’s practice was about believing... at the end when you reminded us it made me so proud of myself. Thank you, Adriene!! Hi to anyone that may be completing this practice today!!❤️
