#2: If the company you are applying to has the exact same job description as another company, you can be sure they haven't thought about your needs as a professional expert or human being and are really just looking for any warm body to fit the cog they need for higher profits. If the company doesn't have a specific set of requirements or a project need they are trying to fill, that's a signal to you that the company knows they have problems but they don't know how those problems could be fixed nor do they know how to communicate those problems. So they are looking to throw warm bodies at the problem with low pay in the hopes their profits go up or people stop complaining for a while, and that could be you if you're lucky.
