One thing I don't get is why Consumer Staples are down and discretionary up ? Shouldn't it be other way around ?

Are these numbers correct? It is hard to believe that no sector is on sale vs. its ten-year average P/E. Perhaps the data set is too crude unless the information is separated into micro+small+mid-cap and large+mega cap or that there is some other differentiating variable.

Do you have any recommendations on residential REITs? With more stringent mortgage requirements, and younger population saddled with higher college Loans, and low production from home Builders The barrier to homeownership is probably very high for the foreseeable future, so this will likely to create a long term Trend for higher Demand for 1residential rental rentals . I would like to find a REIT that invests primarily in efficiently run mid to large Apartment Complexes

I love Marty Zweig! He got out (went all cash) before the Black Monday crash in 1987 and went back in days later - Incredible market timing move. He believed his data and did it! He wrote a great book called "Winning on Wall Street". Two Funds: ZF and ZTR were created back then. They have sinced morphed into Virtus Total Return Fund and Virtus Global Multi-Sector Income Fund (these Funds have HUGE fees and are leveraged...Arrgghhhh). The turn in the market is coming for sure - thanks for a great video.

Really like your videos. I truly respect all the work that you must do. What do you think about the possibility of a crisis as a result of the commercial real estate market. Very large market and vacancies are up significantly and many people own these reit's for income. Could this spur an even bigger problem ? What is your opinion on national debt and the debt limit issue and the likelihood of a problem with higher oil prices ?
