A conditional statement is also called an implication.

'→' is the symbol used to represent the relation between two statements. For example, A→B. It is known as the logical connector. It can be read as A implies B. 

Here are two more conditional statement examples

Example 1: If a number is divisible by 4, then it is divisible by 2.

Example 2: If today is Monday, then yesterday was Sunday.
