Whoops! Starship 31 Experiences Electrical Malfunction During Cryogenic Proof Test

On May 12th at 19:47:03 local time, Ship 31 experienced an anomaly, with bright flashes shooting out of its side during a cryogenic proof test at the Massey Outpost. The cause of this malfunction is unknown.

The question is: what is attached to the ship at that location? Sparks/flame don't just spontaneously shoot out of stainless steel. What is significant about that particular portion of Starship?
