Great video, our scientists can be very arrogant sometimes, we do not know it all, not even a speck and man cannot help but compare everything to our own planet and life form. We do not know everything about our own planet, everyday something new is discovered, everyday we discover something about our bodies that we were wrong about or gain new knowledge, discover new animals or life forms here on earth. There are many parts of our own planet we have not discovered yet. That is why we should always be learning, exploring and have open minds. As an old guy, I was licensed for broadcasting as a profession. Even though I was in grade six when Apollo 11 landed, I still understood and studied the process after high school in my Electronics training. Before digital broadcasts, video was transmitted in an analog format called NTSC. The frame rate was 29.97 FPS. On Apollo 11, the live video feed was broadcast in SSTV (Slow Scan Television) at a mere 10 frames per second. SSTV was initially used by Ham radio operators for primitive video transmission. You get the ghosting appearance because the resolution is so low. In subsequent Apollo missions, the cameras were upgraded to do live NTSC feed and eventually a version of color TV.

I hope that helps you understand why some videos looked strange. It was a very primitive format, even for the time.
