You're so lucky to have a family like that. I lost my mom 9 years ago on New years eve. My father took his life this past New Years Eve. The holidays are depressing for me, but watching you and your family brings me some joy.

You can also do half birthdays—celebrate when it’s warm for something different. I had a Christmas bday friend do that. So it was “special” when they threw a party on Dec 24th. Celebrate all the time!!
