I still don't see the point of this S24 FE and even less at this price. It will probably be about the same price here in the UK. For that price and even a little bit less I can find the S24 Plus in excellent conditions, basically new.

Either Samsung is out of touch or just banking on the fact that their "fans" will eat up anything they put out, but these specs to price ain't what I thought the FE models would be.

Even if they didn't want to use Snap8 gen3 they could have use the Snap8s gen 3 that's around the same performance as the Gen2 with better A.I features and what not. For a 128gb variant the price should at be max 450$.

Unless you get that S24 FE for free (with your carrier), or under $450-$500 with 256G, buy an S23 Plus for $500, and you can even find an S24 Plus or S23 Ultra for $700

I am glad to see that the IP67 certification report is false. At $649, Samsung could have some problems from competitors. Even Apple will be an issue if the upcoming iPhone SE ends up being true.
