Just tried this with a 2lb brisket, except with an added sliced onion, @ 325 for 4 hours in a covered roasting pan, came out PERFECT !!!!

"Hollywood Dietitian" and "Brisket" don't belong in the same sentence. This is a Roast.

Try it once before making negative and obscene comments. I'd like to try it but the supermarkets where i live don't stock them. It just another cooking method. I'm sure the meat gets temder after cooking such time. Serving it with a bowl of dressing salad should be nice too. Thnks for the recipe.

Want a good recipe? 1 1/2 cups ketchup, half cup bbq sauce, can of coke, pack of onion soup, mix pour over, don't cook a 350, cook at 250 until internal temp is 205 degrees F.

Pour the juice on before adding the dry flavors, it won't wash off that way. She is not a cook, this is roast.

I love the haters comments. I'm willing to bet all those complaining can't even boil water much less cook a brisket

Texas is in tears 100%
I would never do this as it would not produce a real brisket.
Also, and to prove you really don't cook much, why do you use the shiny side of the tin foil away from the food and the unfinished side of tin foil side down on the Because it looks better???? Nice
