I had the same problem setting up my Explore Air 2 about the same time as you filmed this. I got around it the same way you did. Pick the design in the canvas and cut it from there.

Oh, I wish I had seen this when I opened up my cricket air two. I had the same problem about loading my mat. I just barely put it up there and it didn’t take it in. I knew I was doing something wrong. Thank you so much for saying that happened to you too and instructing us that that does happen.❤Even now when I load my mat, I’m a little apprehensive that it is is going to happen again.😅
