I feel like with the stuffed animal one, it comes down to knowing your partner, I enjoy collecting stuffed animals, but I understand a lot of people don't. With everything involving giving gifts, I think you should know who you're shopping for, it'll feel more special if you get someone something they actually want and it's less likely to just be thrown out or put in a donation bin
