I have heard about Elevated Basics before but I just assumed it meant that you added other clothing pieces and accessories to the basic to make it fancy...However, from your explanation I see now that a Basic with a unique design can by itself elevate an outfit without having to add anything extra.

Excellent video Velma! My favourite looks are the one with the racer back top, the silk blouse, the linen shirt, and the tailored trousers. I've always like racer back tops but don't own one.
