After pairing the sofa as described in the video double push the pairing button to see if it goes red and enters Broadcast mode. If so, do the double push on each piece of furniture to also connect

If there’s a way, you can plug one of the chairs in directly, you do not need neither one of these monster Devices because after you plug the chair in the rest of the chairs, all communicate with each other, and work perfectly Press and hold the Bluetooth pairing on the first chair total light start blinking blue then double tap it and it’ll turn solid and then do the same thing all the other chairs

MAKE sure that your furniture is set to imput!!! There is a little switch under the furniture. One setting is imput one setting is output. If your chair itself is set to output, you will not get it to
(My switch is located in the back at the bottom directly in the middle next to the audio cable input and output. The switch is very small)

We have the 7 piece section. The console is the piece that has audio. The console Bluetooth cannot be found when trying to pair. We do not have any nobs to push/turn on. Power is connected. Please help! Very frustrating.

can be hook up to a onkio receiver and the existing home theater 5.2 ? I have capability on my receiver to a 7.2 just wonder how i can do it

Any suggestions on a soundbar for this? I like the speakers but, sometimes the volume is a bit low

This has been the worst experience ever!!! Just paid 6k in a sofa and they don’t connect together. Have tried with the aux cord and they don’t

Question for you, I have a Yamaha Receiver RX-V834, Can I connect it to the couch using the Optical cable? Basically I have my Apple TV, Cable TV and TV all plugged into the receiver which then outputs to the surround sound speaker that came with the receiver. Can I change the output to go to the couch instead of the Yamaha Surround Sound speakers?

Can I get the puck from an outside source or do I need to buy from moto motion?

We recently purchased the Moto Motion sofa and recliner. I’m using the Monster Bluetooth receiver/transmitter (puck) to pair my TV with Moto Motion speakers. When my wife turns up the volume from the sofa, the audio starts to echo horribly. Note: She’s not turning it up to any high volumes. I have noticed that the puck doesn’t support aptX low latency. Any help to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

FYI - I’ve contacted mymotomotion and Furniture Fair Fairfield for support, but I’ve not received the help I hoped for. Al I got was each of them pointing at the other to address this. Not a very good experience thus far past the purchase.

With that optical splitter are you able to just run multiple optical cords from it to each piece?

If the tv does have Bluetooth, can you hook more than 1 couch to the tv?

This is junk. The way most people would want to use this is as a rear surround speaker and this isn’t compatible with Samsung soundbars
