At less than 400 mg/day (~4-5 average cups of coffee), caffeine creates no known chronic health risks per many peer-reviewed studies (which is why this is the number the FDA has cited as a safe amount of caffeine consumption). This includes no increased risk of: cardiovascular disease, heart attacks, heart failure, high blood pressure, strokes, arrhythmias, infertility, etc.
