Honestly its been super frustrating that OEMs limit this information for just their dealer service shops - forcing DIY mechanics to invest hours on forums. Here in California the standard of labor at a dealer is shocking. Most mechanics are entry level juniors but charged as if they are master techs. Anyone who is half way technical and cares about the standard of work can do a better job. The last service I had on my mercedes the shop INTRODUCED NEW ISSUES that were basic and caused by simply not taking care to perform the job well. Its unbelievably frustrating to have to shell out thousands for a service, not have it done properly and know you could have performed the work yourself in a few hours.

Mastertech sounds like a really cool concept and product. Solid use of AI.

Interesting interview with Linda, is such a basic thing finding the information you need. Sounds like she found a niche.
