This would have beaten Bolt's WR if he didn't sleep in the blocks. That bend run was the best ever, so smooth and relaxed with perfect transition into the straight. Peak Blake was the 2nd fastest all time given he also ran 9.69 with no wind at all in the 100m as well.

He had a much slower reaction time than Bolt during his WR. Had he the same reaction time he wouldve run 19.15-19.17s, faster than bolt and the new WR. Technically if u remove the start and focus only on the running this is the fastest 200m of all time.

Yohan Blake is one of the biggest what if's in History. He was just 23 when he got his massive injury and already run 9.69 at 21 and 19.26 at 22, what he could have become without that injury, what a pity 🙁 Still an insane athlete, but he could have gone on to challenge Bolt if he didn't got injured.
