I have been doing daily workouts for YEARS. This is the first workout in life that has ever made me emotional. I just "felt" this workout in my spirit. Somehow I even knew many of the moves before you even demonstrated them. It's amazing how much Africa has survived in us diaspora folks despite all we have been through. Even the music sounds just like our Caribbean music, despite being from all across the continent. You ladies are beautiful (the master trainer even looks exactly like a much fitter version of me)!
