If i was this guy i would definitely be pressing charges against her. I'm glad this guy stayed calm while dealing with this crazy karen, seriously you accuse this guy for stealing a kid's phone when he had it on him or if the kid went back to the car when his mom was trying to locate the phone and the phone was in the area near the car when this guy is minding his own business and did nothing wrong in the first place?!

This woman is wearing a ‘flu shot’ T-shirt from Kaiser Permanente (KP); there are many clinics and 2 hospitals in that area. Her union and mgt should see this clip. KP spent millions on customer service - I guess she leaves that training at the job.
