The Riverside County District Attorney's Office dismissed the charge against Kimberly Long and won't seek a retrial in her case. Amy Johnson reports.

I knew her in high school. me and my ex husband both .we went to the same nursing school. She is a good nurse. she's a mother.The corona cops usually came to their conclusion about people when they arrived back then unfortunately.I didn't even know this had happened to her, prison is horrible. i hope she has a good life she deserves it and she's a good person. She had to loose her boyfriend and suffered tremendously. let that Da eat it he was wrong. there's probably more people here in this town that this has happened to

Are you kidding me? It’s obvious she killed her bf or was an accessory to it. She did it in the heat of passion or their friend when he stepped in to help. You really think her bf is gonna let some guy take her to his house to “cool off” give me a break, that was the biggest bs alibi
