I am with Robert on this. I am all for exploring potential offers, but Lori never made one. If they are making an offer to Lori, when they have two standing offers, Robert has every right to go out. Remember the sharks don’t need them more than they need the sharks.

1:19 - Robert would have never done that on the Dragon's Den. Robert and Kevin used to be in the Canadian version of this show. The Canadians always let the pitchers hear out all of the deals before they make a decision. I've never understood this "Pick me now or else" attitude from the sharks in the American version.

Robert took no equity, he just gets to do 3x his money. What???! What type of deal is that???! If the company blows up Robert isn’t part of it because he doesn’t own any of it. And the fact that they hesitated to close that deal on the spot is deeply offensive to Robert for sure. But I have to say, I am not seeing the SHARK in Robert with this deal, disappointed. Robert should have said royalty till 3x with %8 equity. Just like Lori did. That would have been at least a semi shark deal.

It’s okay to want to see other offers but when Robert made an offer they didn’t even give him the usual “thank you for that offer” or “okay”. No acknowledgment then they go to Lori who isn’t saying a word?? Robert was right to be irritated on this one
