I think that is a reverb configuration and maybe you want more for a piano solo or piano - voice duo situation. If you are playing with a band or recording for band the best option is to use less reverb to make the piano sound more near and brighter in the mix.

The piano sounds have Damper Verb as Aux2. It's the same in PC4 and probably in Forte too. I doubt that Forte has separate samples with damper resonance. Maybe the effect is set to 0 or None by default.

Are the Programs and Effects exactly the same on both? To me, it sounds like the forte has more reverb and a slightly lower signal. Very interesting topic, pedal resonance.

making a video like that means confusing those who want to buy this Keyboard. The difference between the Forte and the K2700 is the reverb on the piano sound. A professional musician notices this by playing the first note. Just removing the reverb and you get the same result. Or add reverb over the k2700's piano sound. this video is as useless as the fork in the chicken soup, useless. I don't understand why it was done...the difference is the reverb, not the damper resonance🤣

K2700 is not better in the sound itself, but in some additional options..It does not justify its name, as the successor to the forte, because it is only 10% better

Piano sound of K2700 is thin compared to Forte, so is the PRICE...!!!

I think the main advantage of the Forte over the K2700 is the build quality. The Forte's switchgear is higher quality than the K2700, and the modulation wheels located to the left of the keyboard indicate a higher quality instrument. Sound-wise, the K2700 should be better.
